Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on VoxWind or using any of its services (voxwind.com, login.voxwind.com, echo.voxwind.com, flow.voxwind.com, and other subdomains), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. The Service

VoxWind is a personal-projects platform operated by an individual based in India. The service is offered "as is" — features may be added, changed, or removed without notice. There is no guarantee of uptime or availability.

3. Your Account

  • You must provide a valid email address.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password (or Google account access) secure.
  • You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/EEA) to use VoxWind.
  • One person, one account. Don't create multiple accounts to evade rate limits or bans.
  • You're responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use VoxWind for anything illegal under Indian law or your local jurisdiction
  • Attempt to break, exploit, reverse-engineer, or attack VoxWind or its infrastructure
  • Use automated tools to scrape, abuse, or overload the service
  • Impersonate other people or misrepresent your identity
  • Upload, post, or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
  • Use VoxWind to send spam, harass, or abuse other users
  • Resell or commercially redistribute VoxWind's services without permission

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Severe violations may result in immediate termination without notice.

5. Your Content

If you create or upload content while using VoxWind (in any of our sub-services), you retain ownership of that content. You grant VoxWind a limited license to store, process, and display that content as required to operate the service. We don't claim ownership and don't use your content for any other purpose.

6. Free Service, No Warranties

VoxWind is currently free to use. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

We reserve the right to introduce paid plans, limits, or features in the future. If we do, existing free users will be given reasonable notice (at least 30 days) before any change affects them.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoxWind and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

In jurisdictions that don't allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, or if we discontinue the service.

If we discontinue VoxWind entirely, we'll provide at least 30 days' notice and a way to export your data before shutdown.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated to users by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Minor edits may be made without notice. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of VoxWind after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the operator's jurisdiction in India.
